Our semi-private fitness studio is located in the Boulevard Medical Center on Route 50, .25 mile outside the beltway in Fairfax. Our 1350 square foot center is divided into three areas. Our weight room is equipped with Nautilus™ and Hammer-Strength™ weight training equipment. Our cardiovascular room contains treadmills, exercise bikes, rowing machines, a swim simulator, and open space for stretching and other floor exercises. Our lab houses the only metabolic analyzer available to the public in the Washington, D.C. area for metabolic testing. All our training programs include 1-on-1 instruction, so you will never face a crowd here. This makes your workouts time efficient since you will not have to wait in line, and more comfortable since you will not have an audience.
